How to Pay

Register your team

Complete the registration form for your event. Your spot is immediately reserved in our system.

Send an e-Transfer

Open your banking app and send an Interac e-Transfer to olympusvball@gmail.com. The amount must match the entry fee for your event exactly.

Include your team name in the memo

In the message or memo field, write your team name exactly as it appears on your registration. This is how we match your payment to your record.

No password needed

Auto-deposit is enabled on our account. Do not include a security question or password — the transfer will process automatically.

Receive your confirmation

Once your payment is received and matched, you will get a confirmation email with your spot officially locked in. This typically takes 24–48 hours.

Important — Spot Hold Policy

Your spot is held for up to 5 days after registration. If payment is not received within that window, your spot may be released to the next team on the waitlist. If you need more time, contact us before the deadline.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, email olympusvball@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Team Name]" and a brief explanation.

Before the registration deadline

Requests submitted before the deadline are reviewed and are generally eligible for a full or partial refund depending on circumstances. We will respond within 3 business days.

After the registration deadline — No refunds

Once the registration deadline has passed, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. At that point, spots have been allocated, schedules set, and resources committed. This policy is strictly enforced — no exceptions.

No-shows and forfeitures

Teams that do not show up on event day, or that forfeit due to rule violations (including co-ed composition requirements), are not eligible for a refund. See the Forfeit Policy section below.

Event cancelled by Olympus Volleyball

If we cancel an event for any reason, all registered teams receive a full refund of their entry fee within 7 business days, no request needed.

All refund decisions are final and are made at the sole discretion of Olympus Volleyball. By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Forfeit Policy

By paying and confirming your registration, your team agrees to the following. Non-compliance on tournament day results in forfeiture of your full entry fee with no exceptions:

No-show

Failing to appear on tournament day without prior notice.

Co-ed violation

Arriving without at least 2 female players for a co-ed tournament. This is verified at check-in.

Rules violation

Serious violation of tournament rules or the Code of Conduct, resulting in removal from the event.

Entry fee ($250) is non-refundable upon any of the above violations.

Common Questions

My e-Transfer was sent but I haven't received a confirmation email.

Double-check that the memo includes your team name and that the transfer was sent to the correct email. Confirmations are sent within 24–48 hours. If it's been longer, email us with a screenshot of your transfer and we'll sort it out immediately.

Can I pay for multiple registrations in one transfer?

Yes — send one transfer for the combined amount and include all team names in the memo (e.g., "Block Party + Spike Force"). We will apply the payment to both registrations.

I sent the wrong amount. What do I do?

Contact us right away at olympusvball@gmail.com. If you underpaid, we'll hold your spot while you send the difference. If you overpaid, we'll credit the excess toward a future event or arrange a return.

When exactly is the payment deadline?

The deadline is listed on the tournament or league registration page. If no deadline is shown, assume 5 days from your registration date. When in doubt, pay early.

What if I register but can't pay right away?

Your spot is held for up to 5 days. If you need a short extension, message us on Instagram or email us before the deadline — we will do our best to accommodate you.
