VOLLEYBALL
OAKVILLE

Oakville players already make up part of our courts. Our gyms sit about twenty minutes up the QEW in Mississauga — co-ed drop-ins, leagues and tournaments, all skill levels.

The closest competitive courts to Oakville

Olympus is a Mississauga club, and for most of Oakville that is a twenty-minute drive up the QEW — usually faster than finding an open adult gym inside Oakville itself. Players from Bronte, Glen Abbey and central Oakville are already regulars on our Wednesday and Monday nights.

Adult volleyball in Halton tends to be locked behind seasonal registration: you sign up in September for a whole season or you do not play. Our drop-ins work the other way — book the night you want, pay $10 to $15, and skip the weeks you are away.

What we want to build in Oakville

The demand is clearly there. What Oakville lacks is not players but bookable weeknight court time for adults who are past school ball and not ready to commit to a full competitive club.

We want to run an Oakville night. That means securing regular court time west of the QEW so Halton players stop driving into Peel for a midweek game, starting with a single recreational-to-low-intermediate evening and adding a competitive stream once it fills. Until that court time exists we would rather say so than list an Oakville address we do not have.

In the meantime, Oakville teams are welcome at every tournament we run, and our leagues take rosters from anywhere in the GTA.

Coming from Oakville

Take the QEW east to Erin Mills or Winston Churchill depending on the venue. Parking is free at all three of our gyms. If you are coming straight from work, the Wednesday sessions start late enough to make it comfortably.

Oakville volleyball questions

Is there adult volleyball in Oakville?

Olympus Volleyball serves Oakville players from its Mississauga gyms, about twenty minutes up the QEW. Sessions run Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with drop-ins starting at $10 and no season-long registration.

How far is Olympus Volleyball from Oakville?

Roughly twenty minutes by car up the QEW, depending on which of our three Mississauga venues you are heading to. Parking is free at all of them.

Can I play volleyball without joining a league in Oakville?

Yes. Drop-ins are booked one night at a time, so you can play a single session without committing to a season. You do not need a team either — we organise courts on the night.

Will Olympus Volleyball run sessions in Oakville?

That is the plan. We are looking for regular weeknight court time in Halton so Oakville players do not have to drive into Mississauga for a midweek game. Until we have secured it, all sessions run in Mississauga.
